SOFT LAUNCH FOR A RESTAURANT
This soft launch was for a newly opened sister restaurant for a prestigious group and the invited guests were all experts in fine dining. Our role was to evaluate how well staff training in food safety and licensing was translated into practical application. It was five stars to all concerned.

FOCUS GROUP FOR ADULT COURSES
Courses at this famous school are always oversubscribed and rightly applauded. We were privileged to participate in the pre-launch of their new courses. Using our knowledge of equal opportunities legislation and training design, we were able to advise on minor and somewhat hidden aspects of unconscious bias in the writing of training materials.

HERITAGE VENUE PIONEERS LATES
We were very excited to be invited to take part in the photoshoot for lates at a landmark heritage museum. Our contribution ensured the success of this exciting venture.

SEEING IN THE NEW YEAR
We were asked to assist a well known London casino in promoting their glittering New Year event . Most London events fill out as the evening wears on with early diners missing out on a lot of the "razzamatazz". We were invited to help the venue create the party vibe earlier in the evening.

GETTING THE DISCUSSION GOING
We love attending lectures and talks. Sometimes the topics can be a bit obscure like this one on ethics in medicine. But we are never fazed by complex subject matter. We were the first to ask appropriate questions and get a lively discussion going.

NON ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL WEEK
We jumped at the chance to review new non alcoholic cocktails for a five star luxury hotel in Belgravia. We advised on taste, presentation and price point. OK, we prefer our cocktails with vodka but non alcoholic drinks are the growth area in the London bar scene.
